About Dr. Carlie

Dr. Carlie is a native Floridian born and raised in central Florida. Upon completing her Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in 2007, she began her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Since becoming a licensed Chiropractic Physician in 2010, she has been helping families reach and maintain optimal wellness through chiropractic care, proper nutrition and supplementation, and a healthy lifestyle. She went on to complete her Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation certification in 2012 and has been helping animals to achieve optimal health by reducing their pain and discomfort and increasing their mobility through adjustments, stretches, and diet and supplementation recommendations. In 2015, she obtained her Webster's Certification and has had the pleasure of treating mom's during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period, along with treating newborns, infants, and children. In 2022, she officially gained the title of a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner to further her love of helping patients discover the root cause of illness and truly heal. In addition to working with patients, she shares her passion and experience by teaching students at a collegiate level, which she has done for the past 9 years. She is the proud mother of four children and is the wife of Dr. Donald Lorentz, DC, CCSP.
